Fantasy Points

In addition to standard fantasy points, which are often abbreviated as Pts, the site sometimes lists Routine Points or RtPts. Routine Points are an attempt to provide a more meaningful representation of a fantasy player's performance for comparative purposes.

For offensive players, Routine Points include all fantasy points except those associated with Grand Slams and hitting for the cycle.

For pitchers, Routine Points include all fantasy points except those associated with No Hitters or Perfect Games.

In some views, the number of Plate Appearances (PltAp) for an offensive player is listed, as well as Routine Points per Plate Appearance (RtPtsPltAp).
