Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel Mahwah in Mahwah, NJ for Friday evening following the wedding. A number of rooms are also available for guests who want to stay over on Thursday night prior to the wedding.

At this time, booking for the 'official' room block has closed. If you would still like to make a reservation, please contact the hotel directly at (201) 529-5880 and let them know you are part of our group.

Your room rate also includes complimentary breakfast at the hotel for up to two guest per room. Make sure to pick up your breakfast certificate when you check in.

Transportation

A shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the reception site. Here are the details:

• Prior to the ceremony, there will be a coach running loops between the hotel and venue. This will begin at 5:00PM with the last shuttle departing the hotel at 6:00PM.
• Following the reception, the coach will run loops between the venue and the hotel. This will begin at 11:30PM with the last shuttle departing the venue at 12:30AM.

The trip between hotel and venue should take about five minutes.

A suggestion: on both the way there and the way back, please try to take the earliest shuttle you can possibly take. There are a finite number of seats on the coach, and taking the earliest shuttle you can take will leave space on later trips for those guests who are not as punctual and good looking as you. Oh, and if you arrive at the venue early, the bar will already be open...
